What is the estimated time to deliver my order?

Generally, it take 2 to 4 working days after order confirmation call from Jaddah Electronics from our representative, Our business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

 

Return

Jaddah Electronics offers 15 DAYs RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

To start a return, you can contact us at WhatsApp 03089884906 (text or voice message only)  or contact@jaddahelectronics.pk. You will get reply once your message is read out during working hours from 11 Am to 5 Pm.  Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: (Sadiqabad, Rahim yar khan, Pakistan).
we have a 15 days return & exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Be sure to contact us within 15 days of receiving your order if you wish to receive a refund, or exchange of certain Goods.

 

Warranty

  • The address provided during the order placing will be registered as the pickup and delivery address for the claimed item. This cannot be modified.
  • The customer shall ensure that the merchandise is packed in its original box or wrapped safely to avoid any damage during transit. If the packaging is not done safely which leads to damage, we will not be responsible for the same and the merchandise will be returned to the customer without servicing.
  • Faulty Returns under Warranty:. However, from time to time products can become defective and, although this can be frustrating, be sure that we are here to help. Order Confirmation Procedure

Once you place your order our customer support team will call you to confirm your shipping address and your ordered product. We will call you 3 times, if we get no response, we will consider the order as ''Cancelled''.
